Press Ctrl + F5 to refresh the page cache.
Or just wait. You can't see it, but your avatar changes immediately after you submit it.

Is a knowed "issue" It takes some hours sometimes. Try to reload pages to fix the cache.

You may resolve with relog and clear the cache. (or open your profile with another browser to see the new avatar)

I don't know if it takes some time or what, but I changed my avatar today and it's still showing my old avatar. I tried clearing my cache and even viewing my profile on another browser and my old moneytoken avatar is still showing but it's supposed to be masetro. The ONLY place it shows up is the section where I can change my avatar. It correctly shows my current avatar as maestro. I've even tried clearing it (uploading no pic) and putting maestro back up there and get the same result, moneytoken still showing.
