I tried pushing one of the transactions with this tool: ViaBTC tx tool but it says that transaction does not exist.
If you check your address on blockchain you'll see that there are many transactions unconfirmed so all i think is that you can only wait.

yes i know, before my transaction canceled and my balance refund by blockchain, and today i sent all my balance to another address, and now i have soo many transaction again, i dont know what happen
You should have used alot bigger fee on that transaction. You have around 55-60 sat/byte fee on each transaction, while the recommended currently is 180 sat/byte as seen on https://bitcoinfees.21.co/
All you can do is wait i think on this transaction, next time you send use a bigger fee on each transaction.

Yeah wait until transaction gets cancelled, i do not see any other way around sorry.
Also your transaction has many inputs so you will have to pay a bigger fee than normally.
