Lots of new ETH based coins throw out airdrops to random ETH addresses. It doesn't hurt to get a coin for doing absolutely nothing.

Yep, that's probably it. A few days ago I also received some random tokens I never heard of. Then after googling I found out it was a promotional airdrop. It's actually a pretty good way to get some attention
