I have a stealth paypal account
This is where you went wrong. It's Paypal's core business to track fraudulent behaviour. Although I would like to have a Paypal account in a fake name, I know for a fact that sooner or later they'll close the account.
I am curious though where the money goes if they close an account like that.

PayPal is a nightmare for honest people too. Just try to use it with 2 currencies (EUR and USD) whiles neither is not your country's coin and you'll understand.
(They convert and convert your money, charging a lot for it, obviously, and if you find the way to stop that they hard reset your settings)
This is indeed my experience. They try very hard to get an exchange rate for every transaction you make.

i don't think my answer will help you too much since i lost my money there too when i used a fake informations, don't know even how to withdraw it from there without using a bank...
did you try connecting from your pc?
the phone you put in your account when you registered first time should be the one to use to pass this, hope the next step isn't verifying your address/ ID...
paypal is a real nightmare for many users around the world...

would see the members answers here too

That is because most of you TRY HARD to break their rules.. then get caught.
Then come here and complain all year round.. topic after topic.

And what is "I had a Paypal Stealth Account ?"
And now they want you to verify your "Identity" ?  Cheesy
Hello my friends.. Your screwed ROFL

Then inexplicably you failed to figure out that using ANY virtual currency with Paypal is against their TOS ?
It simply amazes my balls off how you all play dumb about that year after year after.
When soooooooooo many of you get caught.. AND TOLD !

THEN your account gets flagged and locked (limited)
And you are wondering why you can't change your login details ? hahhaha

The raw stupidity on display is mind bending.  Shocked

@GamingBro
Or the OP can use the search button or search Bitcointalk via Google.
After all like i just said these same exact topics are posted all year round endlessly.

Calm down spoetnik i didn't blame anyone nor came to cry in the forums saying paypal robbed me... I made a mistake years ago by not using my real ID and I assume
Saying pp is a nightmare because it is obviously for the guys breaking their rules but also for another part of legit users...

I am aware of Paypal's non crypto reputation.
Don't "assume" i did not know.. the brutally obvious.

And stupidity ?
There is no excuse.

I laid it out already..

Stealth account ?
TOS that says using coins with them is a violation ?
ya .... stupid  Roll Eyes

Then the dumb ass's account gets locked and he wonders why he can't change his password etc ?
LOL
..read the email they sent you or the notification when you go to Paypal.

And you twats tell him ohhhhhh no problem login some other way ?
You are all idiots handing out retarded advice plus commentary.

I know, i went through it with them.
Do what they say via the resolution center when you go to Paypal.
That is your ONLY solution period /.

And phoning them is stupid because they will say what ever they want.
Then later do what ever they want.. because it's not in writing.
I once checked with them in advance because my account was dormant for a while
and i needed to update my address.. so i called them and they said i was fine
and they even put me on hold and i heard the women say she was checking with her supervisor.
8 hours later my account was locked and i was put under investigation for close to 3 months.
What they said was the problem would keep changing as you satisfied their endless demands.
First problem / fight they picked with me was my identification..
Then they simply moved on to claiming it was some other problem fishing non stop for months.
..had to pay for a lawyer out of pocket or i would have lost my money.

Further more i don't need condescending lectures from idiots here..
A family member of mine was the regional rep for western Canada for eBay
and she worked there for a while also.. why ?
Because we did more eBay listings then anyone on my side of the country.
Which means ?
Dealing with Paypal..

..for YEARS

Spare me your snotty little moronic lectures when YOU are the ones acting like idiots.

Are you suppose to sign up with a fake name ? (Stealth Account)
No ?
Got caught ?
And i am the idiot ?

Lemme guess you were using "coins" with Paypal too right ?

Gimme a fucking break.
I see the same stupid snotty little douche bag bullshit on every topic like this all year round
every year..
Because your idiots.

Gets smarter or suffer morons.
I have no sympathy for "super stupid"
Blow me.  Grin

PS:
Why should i kiss anyone's ass when they deliberately break the rules and get put under investigation ?
You made your bed so sleep in it.

Coming here whining about Paypal after you got caught cheating them is stupid.
I have no respect for your all that lined up to help this stupid noob crook / fraudster either.

Stupid is NOT knowing the difference between right & wrong..
Even when it says so in the TOS agreement you signed up with.
Or is easily found on Bitcointalk or Google.

I am not agree with your logic. No one is born smart, one has to learn from experiences . Think about the time when cryptocurrency came into this world . Paypal was not there to keep any paypal to cryptocurrency transaction against their TOI . Paypal is a realtime nightmare and it will be as it is till they change there TOS .

I don't tell that some (many) complaints come from stupidity and lame attempts to scam, but some complaints have valid points, don't generalize Wink

Just to let you know, this is just the beginning, later on paypal will ask you for more stuff to verify your acc, and worst case scenario, they will limit your account. Pro tip: stop using paypal.

When your account gets flagged by PayPal you get into troubles.

When you try to contact PayPal support you will get responses from robots.

So I just hope that you don't have large amount of money stored in your PayPal account.

Yes, I too have experienced the same thing just because doing so trivial. At that time I was also trying to contact paypal and ask for help. But no help was satisfactory, lucky I only had a small balance and since then I've not use paypal again and switch to bitcoin. hehe
You can call their service during business hours to get a faster confirmation of your problems because now they say it needs confirmation by telephone to reduce the misuse of identity cards.

I tried to google that error: " this number doesn't seem to be registered in your name ". But I have no good news for you.
In the past it seems to be a glitch with it and you could skip this message or you can deactivate security key in your profile to disable it.
But I think this is not longer possible and either you need to contact PayPal or keep trying with different numbers.

Are you even trying to put a real number that actually belongs to you?
My guess is that you're trying to add a number that doesn't exist or that someone else has already registered.

Friends I need some help about paypal.
I have a stealth paypal account I was using it for last 5 months for receiving payments from my clients but know paypal is asking me for verify identity when I try to login the account it shows me this error

I also have almost 67$ in it I also tried to edit a new number but every time I try to edit a new number it shows me this error

Friends plz help me

Sooner or later paypal would ask you verification and limit your access to your money. So it's highly recommended to put as less as possible on your stealth paypal account and try ditching paypal if possible.
