how did you get this information? i used xrpscan.com for my investigation and i didn´t see a error message.

I use the explorer provided directly by Gatehub. BTW, I have opened the transaction on XRPSCAN & as expected the transaction was successful. But another concern for me is the "burned" word, is it possible that your Ethereum (ETH) is burned? it seems like that's not possible.

Another information I got about Gatehub on X is that there are many people who experience problems with this platform. They recently made a tweet there, maybe you can make a reply to their tweet regarding the problem you're facing.

There's no other way, it seems like you have to reach out to Gatehub for support, because when I looked at the balance belonging to rcA8X3TVMST1n3CJeAdGk1RdRCHii7N2h, it suddenly showed an error in the balance recording.

I'm not sure anyone on this forum has used Gatehub other than you, so you might have a hard time getting help from users here.

I´m quit honestly pleased to get some help at all.. Gatehub is not willing to respond to me at all!! But before i start investing even more Money in a potential legal case i want to know what's going on.

I'm not sure anyone on this forum has used Gatehub other than you, so you might have a hard time getting help from users here. I personally don't really understand the transaction mechanism at Gatehub, but as far as I can see in their explorer, your transaction has been validated.

Honestly, it's a bit strange to see those addresses.

No, I did not include a destination Tag, Gatehub did.

I amuse the current receiver-adress is a collecting account. Apparently a Destination Tag its necessary for such account to be able to forward the funds correctly.



What do you mean by "Gatehub did"? Aren't you the one transacting from Gatehub to Bitstamp?

Also, the transaction hash you provided doesn’t show any transaction. This means no transaction was processed on the blockchain from Gatehub.

Does the address you sent to belong to Bitstamp?

I’d like to ask, when you sent your Ether, did you include a destination tag? Since you posted a destination tag, I’m assuming you did. However, I think the transaction didn’t go through because Bitstamp doesn’t use the same feature as Gatehub, and you can send ETH to bitstamp without the need of destination tag.

I'm seeking advice regarding a problematic transaction on my GateHub account.

On December 6, 2024, I conducted a transaction from my GateHub account with the following details:

Transaction Hash (TX Hash): DDED547A4E0AFB2DD65ADD04E53649D1CB0FBD32D8060BD698CA6597DAE470F6

Pending ETH Transaction on XRP Ledger with Gatehub

Destination Tag (DT): 168934634

Amount: 8 ETH = 30,000 USD

Recipient Address: 0x076b4263671acbf666390876cddfc9240f1bf404

unfortunately for me, no ETH ever arrived on the Address!!!

Despite multiple attempts to contact GateHub support, I have not received any response.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance or information what went Wrong here!!!
