excuse me, can you help me explain it ?
You can see that some of the campaigns paying only about $20per wewk even for the high rnk members so you can start campaigns like these but you also will low quality participants so it is upto you but having organic growth will take too long.

Yes, many campaigns paying lower payments to higher ranks also but no one will force us to join in those campaigns but many other coins are paying some higher payments. But you need to look at the bounty budget allocated to it.

I see many recommendations that promotion through signature campaigns is more rewarding. I agree. I looked through several other threads as well.
I would like to ask those newbies who run such campaigns recently. Approximately how much did you spent? What were your rates? And what were your results?

And the experienced ones, could you please tell me whether you can plan your budget if not fixed payments are more welcomed? I read on one of the threads that it's not very clever to run fixed paid campaigns.

Generally, is it possible to have a predictable plan? Or you devote a budget and time frame and you cannot guarantee when your budget will be spent. As you don't know how many users will join your campaigns? I mean we cannot have an estimate of how many members will join?

Now, I am a little bit limited with more organic promotion rather than a paid one.
You will not get an organic promotion without investing something.Period.

Your product has to be extremely out of the box to get publicised with word of mouth promotion (just like how bitcoin was).In the saturated market, no matter how good your stuff is, the niche is filled with too many products to stand out.The best marketing strategies often stay ahead in the race.
Yes advertisement is indeed even of the project or service is extremely good so he need to find some funds to start his campaign but he also can start low laying campaign because I can see some campaign paying very cheap rewards to the participants but still he got participants bit the problem with cheap participants are mostly spam posters they will post in the spam threads only so its now his choice to make campaign or let it grow by it self but probably need years to get attention.
Waiting for years to get attention for most businesses is never healthy. My recommendation is to get a good marketing manager who will deploy the latest marketing strategies such as YouTube and the social media. These will create much more awareness than the organic method.

What kind of company you have?service or own ICO projects or exchange? But anything related to crypto currencies will have a great attention to your site by running signature campaign but the successrate depends on the funds you have, you are willing to spend more on promotion then you will get more reach and also hire the best manager to run your campaign.

It is a service based on Proof of Trust protocol and we tend to become a multi-purpose platform for any kind of transaction. Now we have started our TSO, but bounty campaign is not still envisaged in the company's budgets. Sad  Undecided

The links that provided currently live projects are very helpful. I think I will surely use them when creating a campaign. The only thing is I want to thoroughly understand how all works here.
What would be your recommendation for a company promotion? I came here to promote my company but found that there is so much interesting happening, so that I need to go much deeper and find threads where I will learn and I will be able to share my knowledge.
There are two ways to go to promote your services here
1.Forum's advertisement section  -> Effective and expensive to implement.
2.Signature Campaign -> Can be Effective if executed properly and the budget varies.

There is nothing more to learn. You get what you pay for.The rule of thumb is - Always know your target audience before opting for a marketing plan.

Can someone help me understand how much budget should a company invest in such a campaign?
Or what are the minimum payoffs for signature campaign participants? Are there any guidelines?

Thanks,
Magnus

You can easily calculate the total budget according to the number of participants you want to engage. The total budget of a bounty campaign is divided by the number of participants. The total income in various signature bounties is entirely different, but on the average, a participant with the "Member" rank can get about $400-$500 per month. Participant in social bounties, like Twitter and Facebook, can count on an income of about $20-$50 per month.

The only people that can answer you is a campaign manager and I doubt that they will respond in this thread because usually it is discussed privately. So I suggest you contact them, You can check the link: (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/list-of-campaign-managers-latest-postsig-twitter-campaign-for-bounty-hunter-2842283) - List of Campaign Managers Latest Post(Sig & Twitter Campaign) for Bounty Hunter. And I'm pretty sure that all your queries can be answered by them. Goodluck finding one.

It is easy to calculate the budget for signature campaign: decide at first which rankss and how many people you plan to take, then take a look on those signature campaigns which are already running on the forum and take their payments as the example for yours. Next step is going to be simple calculation: number of users and payment per rank, campaign's manager payment and signature and avatar creation (but this you are going to pay once).  I hope I helped you Smiley

It depends on the type of service you're trying to promote. If your project is an ICO/Alt-coin related stuff, you will preferably pay with the tokens unless you want that extra layer of marketing and have enough budget to run a bitcoin paid signature campaign. If your project is a bitcoin related service, it totally makes sense to start a campaign which pays in bitcoin.Your budget determines the type of campaigners you will have in your campaign. Most of the good posters, high quality accounts will not carry your signature for a few satoshi's.Depending on your budget, you can determine the type of accounts you'd like to get enrolled in your campaign.

The minimum/maximum payouts are again subjective but good campaigns pay at the most 0.02 BTC per week for Hero/Legendary accounts. The ideal way to go would be, hire a good campaign manager and he will sort you out.

Bitcoin FTW!
It also depends on how stringently you want to filter out applicants. If you're attempting to start a run-of-the-mill signature campaign, you won't need as many funds (and thus less pay per member) as a more established campaign with better-quality and more trusted posters (ex. Chipmixer)- better posters want better pay, and you'll notice with most lower-pay campaigns there aren't as many quality posters. There is a drought in campaigns right now, though, so you might be able to get away with lower payrates than, say, a couple weeks ago, but there's so many factors that can determine signature campaign costs that I couldn't cover them all in one post if I wanted to.

If you're looking for an actual quote for how much a campaign might cost, an actual campaign manager like yahoo62278 or Lutpin can give you a more accurate estimation on how much a campaign might cost, and they'll be able to tailor your campaign to your wants. I doubt the average poster here has any legitimate experience with managing a signature campaign; you'd be better off getting advice from people who actually manage campaigns.

I don't have any clue on the budget but just a tip, if you have a decent budget - hire a well-experienced manager here on bctalk.
The pros in hiring them would be the familiarity to the work and knowing which people are a good posters that would benefit your project.

In opposite and you have a low budget, point in one of your team member to handle the campaign. One which don't have any other task so he/she could focus on it.
Tell to him/her that the selection process is crucial and consider the past post histories before hiring anyone.

Understand that the behavior and output of the participants will have a great impact on your campaign.

Limited in number. Limitless in potential.
Many aspects can affect the budget of every signature campaign, all of it depends on; how long the campaign runs, how many participants you want to join the campaign, the rates of every ranks, the person you want to make the signature code and the one who will manage the campaign. Mostly you have at least 1 BTC to run a campaign that will last at least for a month.

In fact you got answers but I'll try to concentrate on more things.
Budget depends on how much you pay,how much participants there will be, which manager you'll hire (in need) and how long your campaign lasts.
You can set pay per post or fixed payment. But I think best is fixed as almost everyone moved on this system (fixed post and fixed payment).
Since bitcoin price become very unstable, some prefer to pay fiat converted in btc or still fixed bitcoins.
Also as you see, every old campaign which lasts years, had high payments from the very begining. It's like you get what you pay for. When you pay much, you hire good writer and you want to be done this job well. When you pay low, usually people interested in your campaign are spammers.

This [1] should give you an idea about the current payout of the campaigns and also the budget (how long It's going to run, number of participant and payout per post): https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/overview-of-bitcointalk-signature-ad-campaigns-last-update-01-jan-23-615953

There is no minimum though, you can the least and still have members that will participant but the quality of the posts will be far from being good and that could negatively affect your advertised service.
Was supposed to give out the link but well it is already being mentioned which it would really be helpful in your part to look at on the current rates being used up by most companies who are running signature campaign. Budget allocation will really depend on what you desire, simple mathematics will really just be enough to make calculations and also consider the salary of the campaign manager on weekly basis if you do plan to hire one or you would handle for yourself.

If you want the right breakdown, it can only come from the intended manager of your proposed campaign. Its when you reach out to them that they would prepare a quotation based on the number of participants, the duration, the category of ranks that would be allowed and even the manager's fee. It is from there you can work around it based on discussion. But you should also get quotation from several managers ( the quality ones) because the campaign managers fee differ from each other. But if you will manage it yourself, then you need to go beyond putting out fees based on what is available in the service section, but be ready to use escrow as that would be the call you would be faced with in determining the legality and validity of the campaign itself.

It's is based on many things bro. If you want to promote your well and good first you need good manager and you need confirm how much he is coding for manage the campaign.
Then number of participants, if you have more number of participant you will get the good promotion over forum with the signature visibility so you need to calculate the overall payment for all the members.
Next to that signature designing and Ann thread creator will ask some among if the manager can do this then you can get some reduction for it for sure.

I suggest you run your campaign for few weeks with link tracing to see if they convert and if they are sustainable. But because people are doing it then it surly pays off in some way. You can pay as much as you want, OmegaStarScream for instance gave you link to active campaigns etc.

But you there are campaigns that say for instance I have budget of lets say 5k$ for XXX weeks and then you let people earn stakes by promoting your service in their signatures. So what you get you pay fixed amount at the end of the day, theres tricky part as you are not sure how many people will enter. Maybe you get more/less people promoting.

You should consider running an campaign through some campaign manager, this is not a MUST but it gives the campaign the credibility among forum users when enrolling as it ensures they will be paid if there's an escrow.
