Have you met the required criteria for your exchange? If not your exchange site will be ignored.

Make sure to add the coins or token correctly from your exchange site that has $1000 exchange volume to be able to add on their listings.
There is no listings fee according to CMC so you can request anytime you want, just make sure to don't deal with any scammers out there because you can request on CMC without a fee.
If you have a coin or token have at least $1000 USD equivalent of daily trading volume, your coin/token will be added in their listing including the exchange site.
