The fee is too low. Who recommended you that fee? Blockchain.info? If so, that is your problem. Blockchain.info's wallet has absolutely horrendous fee estimation, among several other issues.

Your transaction only pays a fee of 129 sat/byte, which is way lower than the 390 sat/byte recommended by https://bitcoinfees.21.co/.

I need a solution right now and Yes! Blockchain recommended me to pay 0.0004 but still I paid 0.0006.
Blockchain recomendation sucks, better to follow bitcoinfee.21.co
I already added your transaction in viabtc's accelerator but please in future use that website for fees and remember that in difficult situation, you can to use viabtc.com for accelerate, it's simple and easy job.
Soon you'll get confirmation, don't worry.

Thanks for doing that.
Why it was giving me the error? That submissions are beyond limit.?

Viabtc has limit of 100 transaction hourly and their time is based on UTC. Nowdaya it's very hard to include your transaction in their free accelerator because they become known and many people are using them. But also they have customer-only service and you can add your transaction in their pool anytime but you have to agree their terms (purchase some contracts). Also they have paid acceleration service (0.01btc fee). It's sad but they turned from free into paid.

Thanks. Please leave your address here.
Once the transaction is found in ViaBtc block I will send you some tip.

Thanks again.

Hi,

This transaction is not confirmed https://blockchain.info/tx/c001fd3c8fb80cfb638e5621c4020fa47b53165e8565ea005ac500a2b4c0c8b6

Can anyone tell me the reason. The fee is not low IMO. I have paid more than recommended fee.

Please guys help. The users are awaiting their payments.

What if the transaction doesn't get confirmed it will be paid back to my wallet?

Via btc is not taking my transaction and giving error submissions are beyond limit.

Regards
