I have 2x RX580's Red Dragon V2 cards both flashed to:
ValenteModV3-RX580-Red-Dragon-Samsung-Memory-Low-Power
bios both with the same driver and wattman config. the only difference is one is in an i7 920 rig with corsair 650w psu running as my main graphics card.
the other is running in a i3 2100 rig with a xfx psu 450w as a passive card using the mb onboard gc for the OS.
both win 10.
one running 1703 is using 104W at about 64c
the other running 1709 is using 97W at about 61c
whats going on?
