They have a thread zipzap support has open here in the newbie section. Id try posting there, there should be a rep that can help you.

I tracked my payment with ZipZap

You should have your coins instantly, if not a few hours max. What method did you choose to receive them with?

I went to CVS today and paid a payment slip provided by bitinstant through zipzap.

I got a confirmation e-mail:
