Has there ever been a day a newb has not asked for a loan. Why do they keep asking when the consequences are very clear it mind boggles me.
Because it's easy to create new accounts? It could even be the same person doing this every day. Or the same few people. There are no consequences for them. Except sometimes it will work.

That would be a pain for new users. And a problem for people wanting to stay anonymous. And we would only deal with newbie scammers that get a few dollars here and there.

IP block could affect other people that have nothing to do with it.

Don't know if there is a good way to deal with this. Maybe the best option is just to educate people. The more people understand how things work the better.
