please can same one guide me to start mining and purchase the computer
Are you looking to take this up as a hobby or are you expecting big returns?
I ask because I loved mining for the fun of it, but stopped when it began to cost more than simply buying it would have.

thank you so much guys for helping me and im looking ot spend a10k$
If you are planning to spend this much amount, you can contact Bitmain regarding you order and sure they will guide you about the details about the availability of the hardware and when it can be shipped to you, before investing it would be wise to contact miners in your area and visit them personally to learn more about it.

so ebay is the best right
If you're wanna doing a mining in this time better for reading about the another article or discussion about mining, seems like you're lack of knowledge about mining according to from your word and totally that's will make more effective for you if you're wanna for learning about mining before building your own mining rig.

Ebay are the best place but I think this will worth with your amount, and how many exact amounts you have and let me know about it for giving the another information.

As said eBay would be your best chance although prices are quite high there. You can buy new from Bitmain but expect delivery and customs charges to be applicable. Also you must be aware that most machines are very noisy so you won't be able to run it under your desk at your office.

please can same one guide me to start mining and purchase the computer
if you are planning to mine bitcoin you must get ASIC machines to mine the coins and if you are planning to mine alt coins just take a look at the ANN threads of all the coins and take a decision on what to mine and then decide which card you want to get the maximum benefit .
