Don't know who to contact for help.. Have tried reaching support with no response.
I made 3 money payment through moneygram to my mtgox account and received emails on March 22nd from bitinstant saying "We have made a direct deposit into your MTGox account and there is no need to use the coupon system on this order" However, there is no change to my wallet on mtgox.. Help please


I think mt gox has an "irc channel"  (chat)  that you can use the MIRC program to connect to.... I would google "mt gox irc" to find the info

I haven't used MTGox, so I don't know how it works, but I'll give it my best guess.
Your money payments are fiat money deposits that you still need to turn into BTC. They probably won't turn up in your BTC wallet but in some seperate account?
Or maybe it's because of the DDos'ing that has been going on?
