I just want to add a small tip and reminder, also don't forget that when trying to choose an online wallet make sure that it is allowing direct transactions from gambling sites. Because most of the popular web wallets doesn't allow a transaction that will has an incoming transactions from gambling site or casino's, otherwise you'll experience frustration. Again welcome to the world of bitcoin gambling.
might be very important for you OP to learn this since you will be using bitcoin for gambling so better to make sure that your wallet for bitcoin transaction won't be at stake for some reason coinbase will suspend your account if they will find out that your bitcoin came from gambling activity
that's why i really wanted to make sure that you will take this advised seriously.

Yes that is what I wanted op to avoid and make his head to be shaking off. And it looks like OP is doing fine now and has a good choice of match right now. Well I'll be following this thread so that I can see on what OP is doing now. Good luck to your gambling career JoeReno, just ask things out here if you don't understand a thing.

You can know about Bitcoin in Bitcoin.Org, aside from this forum.  Though when it comes to active member, this forum is the best.  You can visit Bitcoin devlopment and technicalities in Development and Technical Discussion, If ever you come up with technical problems you can check the Technical Support  If you want to discuss or read about speculations and economic aspect of Bitcoin, you can check the Economy Section  and Speculation Section

OK, megynacuna,  Here is a game I really like today.

OVER in Charleston @ Colorado State. Most NIT games are more up and down and the Rams should be able to control the pace of the game at home.

First of all, there's no better place for Bitcoin education than this forum so just stick around and learn more from the various sections of the website. Secondly there are loads of websites that accepts Bitcoin as money for bets placed and payout money's won in Bitcoin. A perfect example is directbet.eu You can always look that up to find out more. About sports games predictions I'd be glad if you can share them for us to try our hands on them as I'm also a lover of sports betting.

Hello I’ve been checking out this forum for a couple weeks and I see there is some good info being shared here.  I bet sports for a living in Reno, NV and spend a lot of time in Las Vegas, NV as well.  I’m hearing more and more about bitcoin and I know a lot of the online sportsbooks are moving more towards bitcoin.  My question is what would you recommend for someone that wants to know more about bitcoin in general?  It’s like a new language for me and I want to get smart about it before I jump in and start using it.  Is there a “bitcoin for dummies” kind of website where one can learn the basics?  Also if any of you bet sports I wanted to know if you had some favorite places that you used.  I’m sure it’s just a matter of time before BTC will be used by all the casinos and sportsbooks here in Nevada as well.  For sharing your knowledge I will be happy to share some of my picks if I see something strong.

first i will say to you, welcome aboard to this forum and you are right to come here. my suggestion is before you want to know more about sports betting, i think you need to learn about what is bitcoin, what bitcoin can offer to you and benefits of using bitcoin. there are many sites that discuss about bitcoin and not just in this forum so you can read more about bitcoin or you can visit in bitcoin.org to learn something until you understand or you can watch in youtube and then you can learn about sports betting.

Hey mate if you prefer to visit the physical casinos in Las Vegas the chance to encounter gambling with Bitcoin is slim to none because Bitcoin is currently favored only by online gambling sites and I can't see this change for the foreseeable future. If you would like to experience gambling with Bitcoin then I would recommend checking out some reputable online Bitcoin sportsbooks and casinos.

Please google "What is Bitcoin?" and you will get to know more about this. In my own words, bitcoin is a peer-to-peer cryptocurrency that is being used as a mode of finance (payment) where a digital code is exchanged in terms of value for any services or goods that are bought, or anything like gambling. About my favorite places to gamble, I would recommend Sportsbet.io as they give highest odds and one of the best sportsbooks to bet your coins at.

I would suggest having a look here:

Honestly, if you aren't too much into technical details you wouldn't need more than few hours, Wallets now are very much like PayPal, Online bank access. You just need to save your private keys (or password if you are using blockchain.info) and you should be good to go IMO.

Here's a small guide about bitcoin including on how to bet on sports using bitcoin. Feel free to join the sports betting sub if you want more discussion about different picks

The beginners section of the forum is definitely a good place to start.

To learn more about bitcoin wallets, the https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/general-bitcoin-wallets-which-what-why-1631151 thread is a good read.

Definitely do your research and be cautious to avoid getting scammed.

Well welcome to the forum and I would love to see people from Las Vegas to get into bitcoin gambling which is very effective for you guys.

If you are looking for that "bitcoin for dummies" google can do the job for you. You just need to take time upon reading those articles and as well articles /thread here in forum.

Most of the people here preferred to use nitrogensports when it comes to sports betting.

Google is a very powerful tool for newbie, I think mean that he want to know bitcoin first because he is interested to use it on online casino since he is a gambler on Vegas. I agree with you that there many knowledge about bitcoin on internet especially on wikipedia, But tha majority of results if you browse on net will be directly on this forum. But i'm worried if can get sufficient and trusted info on reading previous post on this forum because it has a lot of spam post out there.
