I transfer to CoinPayments. Using your advices I wrote them, and they informed me of their cancelation. They say nothing was transfer even though my wallet say othrwise. -snip-
nc50lc  - I couldn't  see "cancel transaction". When I tried to conect boardcast I got this note:

The server returned an error when broadcasting the transaction.
Consider trying to connect to a different server, or updating Electrum.
mempool min fee not met
Okay, now some details connect with each other.

It might be a "local transaction" with low fee rate which was probably rejected by the current server you're connected to;
check if the logo (on the left of the txn) looks like a 'blue computer' instead of 'green check' or 'gears'.
It looks like this:

The one in the image is a "local transaction" which can be deleted using right-click menu, "Remove".
After being removed, you can spend the coins it's trying to spend (read 'till the end before deciding to remove it if yours is a local txn).

The risk here is your transaction could proceed even though it was previously dropped by most mempools, because if mempools' size suddenly became lower, they may re-acquire it from the nodes that kept your txn.
To counter that, you must use at least one input of that specific transaction to ensure that it wont proceed.

To check the transaction's input, double-click the local transaction in the history tab, take note of the input's details (screenshot or copy), then proceed to remove the local transaction,
Now open "Coins" tab (View->Show Coins), and "Right-click->Spend" to the coins that has the same detail as your removed local transaction (CTRL+left click to multi-select before using right-click),
then proceed to the send tab and create a new transaction. Send it to yourself (same as cancel transaction) or to a new payment.
What you want to achieve is to invalidate the previous unconfirmed transaction for the canceled CoinPayments transaction invoice.

nc50lc  - I couldn't  see "cancel transaction". When I tried to conect boardcast I got this note:
Go to settings, check replace-by-fee and see if it is On or OFF. Or, are you using old version of electrum that does not support replace-by-fee? Replace-by-fee is On by default on electrum. You can also check if the transaction is replace-by-fee enabled on blockchair.com.

If the transaction is replace-by-fee, you can cancel it, but you can only cancel it by paying higher fee. But, as you did not see where you can cancel or pump the transaction on electrum, then probably not replace-by-fee enabled, check blockcair.com to confirm if it is not replace-by-fee enabled, if it is not, do not worry and never panic. But that will mean you can not cancel the transaction.

All you will have to do is to know if you have change address, if you have UTXO into change addresses and you have enough funds on it, then make a transaction with a higher fee into another address on your wallet that will be capable enough to pay for two transactions at a time. In this case, the two transactions will be confirmed earlier. Or, you should wait until the transaction is confirmed.

If the transaction has been confirmed, you will need to message the customer support again, explain to them that their is nothing wrong with your wallet internet connection and that it synchronized successfully, that it was as a result of the transaction not getting confirmed early, you will need to send the txid along. They will track it and see it true, then process what you requested for.

ranochigo - The bubble is green. The transaction is unconfirmed (in grey) blockchair.com.

khaled0111  - how can I cancel it from Electrum?

Right click on the transaction from the History tab and click on the "Cancel (double-spend)" menu item if it's not greyed out. The button exists on versions 4.0.4 and later. It will prompt you to set a fee for the transaction that'll return your payment, and by default it pays a fee of 1.5x the transaction fee, but you can choose another fee you want to pay in the text box next to "New Fee Rate".

The server returned an error when broadcasting the transaction.
Consider trying to connect to a different server, or updating Electrum.
mempool min fee not met
I assume that you're paying the fees in the single digit per byte? When looking at the transaction information on Blockchair, do you see Replace by Fee: Yes or No?

Payment was canceled by the recipients but I do not see it in my wallet.
Is it just a matter of time? When will I see it, so I can transfer the right amount?
Or am I supposed to do something?
One important note: Bitcoin transactions can't be cancelled by the recipient.
What they cancelled must be the invoice for the service that you're paying for, so if you haven't done anything and your transaction's fee is "good", then it will proceed if it's still unconfirmed.

Also, check the history tab for transactions related to that service if it's still unconfirmed (with gears icon), make sure that Electrum is online.
If it is unconfirmed, try to use "right-click->cancel transaction" to send it back to yourself, that's if you didn't disabled "use Replace-by-fee".

Probably your order got canceled because the transaction didn't confirm in time due to low fees.
Check your transaction Id on a block explrore as ranochigo suggested. If it's already confirmed, contact them again and ask for a refund. If it's still unconfirmed, try to cancel it from Electrum (Electrum has rbf enabled by default so you should be able to cancel it).

Can you check the bubble at the bottom right corner? Is it red or green?

Do you see the transaction in the History tab? Can you right click it, go to Copy>Transaction ID and paste it into blockchair.com. Does the transaction show up as unconfirmed or confirmed?

I transferred payment and accidentally transferred too much.
Prevention is better than cure because the cure may not even exist or may take little from you. While sending bitcoin or other crypto to another address, you need to check and recheck that the address you are sending to is correct, also also that the amount you are sending is correct.

Payment was canceled by the recipients but I do not see it in my wallet.
I do not think a wallet has been designed in a way the recipient will be able to cancel payment, you need to check if the transaction has been confirmed, your wallet should be able to indicate that, or you can use blockchain explorer to track your the transaction, if confirmed or not. If not confirmed, you can still cancel the transaction with higher fee on electrum, but I do know the wallet you are using.

Is it just a matter of time? When will I see it, so I can transfer the right amount?
Or am I supposed to do something?
First know if the transaction is confirmed. For privacy reasons, you may not want to tell us your txid, but use blockchain explorer to know if the transaction is confirmed, or, you may share us the txid to help you to track it.

The case can be as NotATether also explained, in that case, you will need to contact their customer care if the fund went through after the timer set by the wallet address you sent to as expired. But, first make sure the transaction has been confirmed.

Which service was it? and what payment processor were they using? It's possible that the refund will happen automatically (from my experience, it could take a couple of days). Try to reach out to them for confirmation.

If the transaction hasn't confirmed yet and assuming you had RBF enabled, you can right-click your transaction and select "cancel TX" so the funds get sent back to you.

Do you mean that you do not see the balance you paid returned to your wallet, and that there's only an outgoing transaction?

If the payment was sent to a payment gateway like Coinbase or Coinpayments (which one was it you used, or was it some other?) and the timer to send you he payment expired, but you send money to them after that, you need to contact their support to refund you. There should be an order ID listed on the payment page, send them that too.

Hello everyone,

I opened a wallet here and transferred some money to pay for services. I transferred payment and accidentally transferred too much.
Payment was canceled by the recipients but I do not see it in my wallet.
Is it just a matter of time? When will I see it, so I can transfer the right amount?
Or am I supposed to do something?

I thank you in advance because I'm pretty much at a loss.
