I don't know what exactly you need since you're not being specific, but i think you want to check this library https://github.com/ElementsProject/secp256k1-zkp. One of the feature is splitting P multiplicand, although i'm not sure whether P refer to public key or Points.

I dont know. Maybe I misunderstood what you wanted. I was just splitting up the public key into two equal length parts. such that if I add them (as in normal addition) together it equal the original pub key. probably not what you was looking for. maybe if you explain what you mean by endomorphism it will help.
