Well he is doing something by coming to this forum and trying it because if they're not going to answer him when it comes to a private medium, they may come out and work with him on a more quicker basis if they're being hit in the public light.

Though bud, there's really not much you can do besides try to contact them on all mediums including Reddit, Bitcointalk, Twitter, and so on and so forth to try to get a response out of one of the support people who're browsing the forums / social media accounts. But give them time, with the amount of more and more users and money that are going on these platforms they're kinda understaffed to be able to handle all this new traffic so quickly.

Poloniex is too slow for withdrawals with ip addresses that you have never used. The best thing that you can do is cancel the withdraw and make again with an ip address that you always use.

This may seem harsh, but the only one that is causing you losses is yourself, you must never assume that things are going to work right for you, if they do great, but see the position you are now, you now have to wait an unknown amount of time to get your money, money that it seems you need urgently.

Hope you created a support ticket. I found that they replied mine quite quickly. And yes, they'll want you to enable 2FA and get verified. So do that first to save time before you create your support ticket.

These "pending for approval" issues are solved manually, you should add 2fa to your poloniex account next time because most probably it's the real reason.

How is anyone on this forum going to help you?  Sucks for you, but it sounds like you were playing with money you really can't afford to be playing with.   So all you can do is wait and hope poloniex doesn't fuck you over.  Great feeling, isn't it.

Poloniex support is completely overwhelmed.

Sorry to say this, but all you can do is wait.

Poloniex is causing me losses.

I requested a withdraw of 0.42631196 on June 12, 2017 to the address: 1DRD1ZcCXWVTjcdpt9f7V2NgrWTps2uZf8

And so far nothing. Iam waiting for the release to be approved.

"Awaiting Approval"

I already tried to contact the support but nobody answers me, they only tell me to wait.

Is Poloniex a scam or not? Why this delay to approve this fucking simple withdrawal?

I've already made several support tickets and nothing.

Can someone who is part of the poloniex supoort team help me?

I have to pay bills.
