Ah that's true. Did you try contacting the websites where you have your 2fa set up? They should have a way of recovering accounts when users loose their 2fa. As long as you have your passwords you should be good.
For future reference, it's a good idea to write down the recovery codes you get when you set up new 2fa accounts. I'm sure that's the last thing you want to hear right now but still
As I said int he orignal post, I have most of those, in a lock box at home, which I won't be able to get to for another 4-6weeks, maybe longer.
Slush is being difficult, I'm unable to reset, my 2fa, and can't access the deposit wallet. lol
