Usually, you can go to their service center and ask about your problem, and I think that is what you need to do. I think you will hard to find the answer because that update is new, and not all people have the same problem as you. Or you can browse on the internet, and maybe you will get the right answer. Try "controller stopped working after an update on my ps4 for street fighter 5" for the keyword

hi , i have just got an updation on my ps4 for street fighter 5 , it got updated to champion version , just after that my other controller stopped working on that particular games , i am unable to play 2 player with my brother , can someone help me , what to do ,
