The bounty is like a puzzle, whoever the Manager, whatever the bounty, there is no guarantee whatsoever. sometimes even experienced Managers still carry projects that eventually scam, but sometimes also managers who are still new to the project can be a great success.
Having a bounty campaigns is just like trading, you need to invest your time at your own risk, we cannot all give an assurance as we are also risk takers here, even bounty managers cannot assure this as well.
There are no guarantees anyway, you could consider the one i am currently wearing their signatures, some good project
