I don't know how things work in your part of the world, but around here, bribery will get you nowhere.The ban is in fact murder, no option for correction. Cruel policy of the forum, you can't govern the State and deal with real people.

No. Plagiarism = permaban, unless you are a net positive member of the community (which in that case, theymos may reconsider the ban and change it to a temp ban with a signature ban). If that’s the case, you’ll have to make a case, saying what have you done for the forum.
