That's good to know, maybe they don't have instant withdrawals and which is why they took some time to process it, it's always a good idea to wait before panicking.

Yeah, nothing more you can than do other than wait. I'd say give it 24 hours, then start sending them more emails.
if you emailed them then youve already contacted them. just get some proof that the account belongs to you and just wait.
i was withdrawing from satoshidice.com and i kept getting error however the balance decreased by withdraw amount
