Hello guys,
As an update, I made a post on my blog about this. I discovered many other sellers fell in this blow in Brazil. Follow the link:

https://blog.wendelrocha.eng.br/12-bitcoin/92-legislacao-brasileira-torna-inviavel-transações-no-localbitcoins-com-o-golpe-do-localbitcoins

If you do not speak Portuguese, I'm afraid you will not have much interest in this post, now if you come to Brazil and think about buying / selling by LocalBitcoins, please use google translator to interact more about the subject And not fall into the blow.

What is the scam thought? The user reports you to the bank and he gets refunded? I cannot see how the other guy benefits from having your

account closed at your bank. I would recommend that you move to another bank... because they are totally clueless about Bitcoin. Your proof is

on the Blockchain and the receipt that you received via LocalBitcoin. Banks are just looking for an excuse to screw Bitcoin users.  Angry Angry

State banks are an utter crap and always disrespectful with their clients. Even exchanges have problems with them and have their accounts frozen(at least Mercado Bitcoin got its account frozen for several months).

Might take some time until you recover your account and the funds. You might want to go to the Tribunal of pequenas causas to try to have yoru account back, and accuse the seller of estelionato(171 article)

When using localbitcoins you get a receipt from them for the transaction. Can not you print that off & show it to your bank?
I do not think if that can be good evidence to show it with the bank. Looks similar with paypal chargeback. But the scammer tries to abusing the banking system.
It sounds to me like the buyer is pulling a scam.
Yes, it is. The scammer tries to reverse the fact if he had made a transaction with OP. Remember Bitcoin is not having a legal force. Too difficult for resolving this problem.
Only use buyers / sellers with lots of positive feedback on localbitcoins in future bro.
I may think if OP does not know about it.

I showed the proof of the transaction issued by LocalBitcoins almost three weeks ago, but it seems that the bank does not want to accept this voucher. LocalBitcoins says that for security reasons you can not release this user's data. In the meantime, my account is blocked. Has anyone ever been in this situation? How did you prove it? This opens up obstacles that make it impossible to negotiate Bitcoins by bank transfer in Brazil.

It was an account to account transfer in the same bank (Bank of Brasil). I send to my bank a picture that the user upload. But it seems the bank don't respect this. =(

I'm a Brazilian Portuguese speaker, please, sorry for my bad English. Please, I received a letter from my Bank (The Bank of Brasil - "Banco do Brasil"). In this letter, it says that my bank account was blocked because the buyer don't recognize the transaction. I sold my Bitcoins to "sourbtcoin" user from localbitcoins.com. #10502036 is the transaction ID on April, 19th. After receiving the coins, this user wanted to apply a bank fraud. After received the coins, he went to the bank saying he did not recognize the transfer. Has anyone ever experienced this? How can I prove that it was a question of selling Bitcoins to my Bank? I ask for help because my bank account has already been blocked for almost a month because this user, "soutbtcoin" is wanting to apply me a blow. Please help me, my bank account is locked will make a month and did nothing wrong, I just sold my Bitcoins that were in the my wallet of localbitcoins.com. The letter from my bank is attached.

This is sad to hear, but you should not have traded on local Bitcoin, there are many reliable seller's out here and with escrow service you could have been on the safe side. Honestly if you have a huge amount I would advise you to hire a attorney to help you out with this. However prior that, you could try and approach the higher authorities of the bank and show them your proof and try and convince them. Alternatively you could also file a complaint with your local police authorities, though the sections will be hard but that's the only chance you have. Hopefully you shall be able to recover and avoid local Bitcoin in future.

The chance I have is that the localbitcoins can send me an email confirming that there was sale on the site. A third party attesting to the transaction makes it easier for me to go to a court of law.

Nothing much you can do other than giving the maximum proofs you can collect and forward to your bank. Sad, but i am not surprised of such fraud on localbitcoin. I hope you will be able to win this case. Honestly, for me, localbitcoin is not so much a recommanded place in my book, due to cases like your
