do you have cable?

do you have a modem?

do you have a router?

just a modem ?  if just a modem with 1 ethernet  cable jack

how do connect the pc and the s-3's  with a switch?

http://www.amazon.com/NETGEAR-ProSafe-Gigabit-Ethernet-Desktop/dp/B0000BVYT3/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1435630753&sr=8-4&keywords=8+port++gigabyte+switch

then  do you have windows 7? or windows 8?

if you do download angry ip

http://angryip.org/download/#windows

it will tell you your pc and other gear on the network.

Ok I am having a hard time setting up my two antminer s3+. I have two antminer s3+ they use to run great at my old apartment. i stop using them for a few month because i was in the moving process. now i want to start the rig again and i am having a hard time to get it going. the internet connection is fine and the green light on the antminer is lashing. i cant login to the antminer and i don't think the miner are running. please help.

When you say you can't login.  Are you seeing the login screen on a IP?   Or are you not able to connect to miner?

well the miner look like they are not being connected. i know for a fact the internet is OK. the green light are lashing. but when i type the old IP for the miner in the browser nothing happen.

Did they run on static IP's at old place.  If so:

Are both using the same IP address assignments? Ex if old one was 192.168.1.X new one is also the same?     (Just making sure moving you did not change)

If not static and dhcp log into router and see connected devices.  Try the IP's and see if any connect to miner's.

This is not a internet connection problem but a networking issue at this point.

can you help me please. how can i fix and to get the rig back running.

I'm trying if you can anwser the above questions so I can try.  I have bolded them.

Were they on DHCP?  They might now have a different address.

I would download MultiMiner or another similar app and see if it can find the miners on your network.

I also recommend MultiMiner if you aren't sure about networking.

where can i get MultiMiner and how to use it and what does it do
