You should get in slushs pool. I have the exact same miner and am averaging .015 btc per round.

Hi, Have you tried using the SHA256 connection rather than a stratum connection. I am using this with my account on GHASH.io as it is working well for me. I have tried the stratum Multipool and this was not generating as well for me. But for the SHA256 BTC mining, it is working very well. Good luck

There is no such thing as a "SHA256 connection" as opposed to stratum. They all use stratum, it's just that pools will use different server names / port numbers for scrypt coins versus Bitcoin mining.

So basically you're saying that your SHA256 ASIC miner didn't mine scrypt (by trying to connect to the "stratum multipool" on ghash.io). The OP's problem is nowhere near as ridiculous as what you're describing.

Wow, touchy group. I seen that there was no further posts helping this individual and thought I would reach out to them to see if they had figured it out or not. Ok I will admit I should have explained further and do understand what you are saying. The miner is capable of scrypt mining but is better suited for bitcoin mining. Just in my experience so far. Thanks for the reply, too bad it has taken so long for someone to to reply to this person...again Wow

Of course, I'm "touchy" contradicting stuff you just made up out of thin air! It's not exactly helpful to the OP when literally everything you're saying is wrong.

It's also funny that you're trying to save face by claiming that this unit does scrypt.

It takes some time for BTC Guild to report your correct speed, which it calculates on the basis of how many shares you're submitting (so there will be some variance).

So do i need toadjust /alter any setting on BTCG ?

I notice it has a minimum difficulty setting, mnei is set to 2(default).

My miner shows well over 1 Th.

Plus i think on the newer batch i have the led is red constant or red flickering (never seen it green)

Plus all language is in english not Chinese...

No alteration needed, BTCGuild will tell your miner at what difficulty to work.  It auto adjusts.

Mine also flickers constant red, and has been hashing like that for two weeks.  No negative affect that I can tell.

Use Google Chrome and the page will translate for you.
