well it should look like something like this

and you can just decrease the power limit and it will help your temp issues significantly.
try testing with around 90 percent and lower core until its stable.

I have the   gv-r927oc-2gd card ( the gigabyte r9 270 oc version ) non x
i saw an old topic about modifying the voltage on This card here is the link https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/guide-how-to-undervolt-gigabyte-270-non-x-gv-r927oc-2gd-via-afterburner-517412
the problem is that the links to the instructional images in his guide  are dead Cry
the positive thing is that the  user who posted this guide is using MSI Afterburner to undervolt the card which is much better than tweaking the bios and reflashing it as I know that it's dangerous and can render by card useless so basically this user provides a solution to undervolting this exact model of the  card and decreasing power consumption and  temperature in the process  by using only MSI Afterburner which is what I really like to do the big problem is that this user was inactive for about 2 years now and I can't really contact him because he has no contact information on his personal page

My main goal is to decrease heat and I don't care much about power consumption because I have relatively cheap electricity but I live in a kinda hot country Egypt so the summer ( when it comes )  has  a real daunting effect on my card so I really need to undervolt my card to achieve a much lower temperature under full load

 I am currently mining zcash
