It's definitely the low fees that is causing all the issue. Confirmation shouldn't have taken this long if you provide the standard fee of 0.1mbtc.

because i give miner's fee only 0.0001 BTC but after 4 hours

maybe you give miners fee very low
Always use the default fee and you can't go wrong.
Glad it worked. Best advice is make sure to include fee that is a easy thing to forget depending on wallet.
Strange to see it take so long to get confirmed. Unless you used a very small fee (or no fee). The average block time is supposed to be 10 minutes and rarely do blocks take over an hour. Every block mined today so far has taken a reasonable time to solve according to Blockchain.info.
Its taking a while to get a confirmation for this transaction it has never took this long for me.
