I think if you are banned for 7 days you have to wait, maybe your time with a bitcointalk forum is different, because each country is different in time, my advice is that you just wait, you don't have to panic, if you panic of course you will be confused.

OP mentioned that his/her account were banned back in September 2-3, even if we assume that the account were banned back in September 4 then the account should be already unbanned now. Anyway, there's nothing you can do but to wait OP. Maybe the duration of ban is based on the forum's date. If you're still banned tomorrow then it's a permanent ban I assume Grin
