HI,
I'm a novice and yesterday I purchased Injectives from crypto.com, then I transferred the cryptocurrencies to my wallet on Ledger. I followed the procedure: I installed the Ethereum app and then clicked on "receive" to get the address where to send them. The transfer was successful, but the coins never arrived in my wallet.

What went wrong? Is there a possibility to fix it?

So far I have transferred about ten different cryptocurrencies from crypto.com or binance and it has always worked.

Thanks for the support.
Can you can try add manually your token? because not all tokens automatically visible in your ledger live application. If confused, add the contract address of injective protocol, you can find this on etherscan.io If you have added your token to ledger live and it's still not showing up, you can check the status of your transaction on a blockchain explorer like Etherscan.

Eloncoin.org - Mars, here we come!
More or less. I see my cryptos on metamask, but I'm unable to send them to my ledger. I have an "unknow error" when I do the transaction.
I guess that you need to have some gas fee in order for you to transfer that. I just had to go through this thread quickly and see how did it started. If the mainnet where you've sent it is cro then you need a cro balance as gas fee for you to transfer it on your ledger. That's the last move I guess that you need to go on for this transaction for you to do it successful land on your hardware wallet.

You are not wrong but you are not correct too. There is CRO as native token on its mainet, and there is CRO as erc20. The transaction shown by OP (txid) is from crypto.com address and was successfully sent to his address (according to him).
I probably don't get where you said I'm wrong but what I know is OP sent from his wallet which is below
Code:
0xc9219731a....
To
Code:
0x4e05f3c.....
which is obviously the mistake as shown by my first comment. The only thing here is if you search for the CRO token you might get confused on the right one to chose because there are lots of them which I don't understand the reason why there exist but the two main address are {CRO} Cronos chain which is the one that starts with 0x.... and {CRO} crypto.org which the crypto.org address is the correct one for OP for receive his sent out TX.

The problem OP is facing isn't what you understand it to be, OP is facing a problem because he ignored or was ignorant of the instruction that guides the transactions on crypto.org.

I might not be able to help op solve the problem because he has sent the TX already but the problem was that crypto.org doesn't send out CRO tokens to any wallet address that starts with 0x. it can only be sent to any wallet that starts with cro******. So op obviously ignored the warning or wasn't aware that such caution existed.

If OP gets lucky and the TX is reversed then he can create a trust wallet account (or any other wallet that supports Cronos) and generates a CROs address that starts with cro like this below
Code:
cro1u4kwe9gdpq66whjf6e6gk6f8wpamkj6g9v0sf3
then he can now successfully move it to any wallet of his choice.

I choose trust wallet because I'm more convenient with it. though the native wallet for Cronos is keplr

I see the cryptos on Metamask now. How can I move them to ledger ?
Well, basically it's the same thing since you connected your ledger to metamask.
If you want to show it on your ledger live then you should add CRONOS to your ledger live too following the URL given above.

I add CRONOS on Metamask. What I have to do now?
Have you seen the erc20 token balance on your metamask now? Try to reconnect your ledger to your metamask and check how it goes. After adding CRONOS to metamask you should see the balance if the receiving address in the transaction id is yours and is correct.

Block halving is coming.
I checked on Metamask, but i didn't find it.

Here all the details:

Ow, it's a Cronos (CRO) token you did send it in the wrong way without adding a CRO token.

Try to add the token in your Ethereum app or ledger live and let's see if it will show.

Or follow this guide below.

Ledger supports this token and you should be able to search it on add token.

Have you add Cronos mainnet to Metamask? if not you can follow this guide https://docs.cronos.org/for-users/metamask

Hopefully you able to see your token after add it.

Like the above said you should be able to find the TXID in your crypto.com account under transaction history.

If you are using a mobile app you should be able to see like this below

Click that transaction to check the details and then look for TXID copy and paste to https://etherscan.io/ to know if the transaction is confirmed or not.

Also, take note of your ledger live version it's a common issue not showing any transaction in your Ledger live if it's not updated so you should update it first to the latest version.

no transaction appears...

Go back to your crypto.com and make sure that the transaction was successful. If it was, you should see a TXID which you can use on Etherscan to double-check that the address matches with the one you copied from Ledger.

If you don't have any TXID, then this means that crypto.com never processed your transaction to start with and you should make another withdrawal request or contact the support if the amount was deducted from the account.

Posting a screenshot would help. You can upload it to talkimg.com and post the link here.

You can first start by checking your address on Etherscan to see if the transaction went through just fine.

If you can see it, then instead of using Ledger app, link your wallet to MetaMask by following this guide[1]. It should show. Sometimes you might need to manually add the token if MetaMask doesn't support it by default.
