If you installed and started Bitcoin qt on the new computer, please check if you have wallet.dat in the same location as in the old computer.
If that happens, then copying the old wallet.dat (with an USB stick) over the new wallet.dat should do the trick.
Just please make sure:
1. You backup both wallet.dat files, to make sure you don't overwrite the good wallet.dat with an empty one and because a backup is always good.
2. You stop both bitcoin qt before doing this.
You can do this even if it's not synced.
I wouldn't need a usb stick because I have the hard drive plugged in to this computer as well. I can't access it normally anymore because the OS isn't compatible with my motherboard though, I just can access the files.
The thing is that I can't find the wallet.dat file for the new version of bitcoin core that I just downloaded for windows 10 to replace with the old wallet.dat file that I was able to locate on my old hard drive.
EDIT: I managed to find the wallet.dat file, apparently the roaming folder is "hidden" on windows 10, just needed to view hidden files and copy and pasted wallet.dat to be good to go. Thanks for the help everyone!
