If you have an unconfirmed transaction while the fork happens, your transaction will most likely be available and soon confirmed on both chains. If for some reason your transaction doesn't get confirmed in one of the chains, and they were comming from another wallet that you control, you will just "receive the coins back" and be able to spend them again.

It is still unconfirmed right now.
If it gets confirmed eventually, does it mean i will not get BTG from the source wallet?
You can wait after for when everything back to normal. And about the BTG all Bitcoin holders who have BTC on October 25 block 491407 will get BTG.

So for "unconfirmed transaction" at that time, it should be in source bitcoin address holder, right?

Hi guru,

I had some bitcoin unconfirmed transactions sending to one bitcoin exchange.
What will happen if it keeps unconfirmed when bitcoin gold snapshot is taken?

Will I get bitcoin gold on the source bitcoin wallet, or target bitcoin wallet?

Thanks!
