Any follower on your channel who can't write, read or understand polish will be more or less a bot, the channel should strictly be for people who can understand the language in use (Poland in this case).Rewarding everyone for joining the channel, even if they will never contribute in it, is not the proper way to grow a legitimate channel or group. Focus more on the contents of the channel and in the long run you'll not have to pay or reward anyone to get followers.
Its a very good development on the OP part to crypto in his local community but Binance can only get not less than 100k group with less than 20k active member most of the time. I think an individual with no identity in crypto around may not be able to gather enough members with interest, scam allegations in the news is not fear with reward from investment in those community. Friends with similar interest can be helpful with affiliation and campaign for their project/coin.

You can post it in Polish facebook groups too and I am sure many people will join when they know they are going to get free crypto, only by joining a telegram channel.

Agree on this. You should recruit only Polish community than have some random subscribers that just will joined for rewards. There is a dedicated local thread of the Polski community here in the forum.

It seems OP is not aware of the existence of the Polish local board, the board is where he can get a lot of active members not on any board, although the name of the channel sounds interesting but I am not tempted to join as I do not understand Polish language, might as well lock this thread and create a new thread on their local board.
