I like the second one better ( http://seloger.hellokimie.net/sell.html ) It was a hard choice but I think that the second one is more organized and its a step by step process.

The latter because it would fit better on various screen sizes and you won't have all your details displayed on one screen just in case someone is behind you

Our site is still in beta and will not be operational (thought it now works) for a few more weeks as we are raising additional capital.
