Are you sure you'd still want to stick to the use of credit cards and banks when her bank account and credit card were already closed because of it?

With the amount of money that she will be receiving, it is expected that it will trigger certain alarms. Perhaps she needs to spread the conversion in moderate amounts.

There are various P2P platforms that are available. She should make use of it. And, no, you're wrong that Binance P2P does not include COP on their list. It is offered there. And there are various ways of receiving money. She shouldn't focus on bank deposits alone. She could make use of a number of money remittance services. She could also order some cards, in addition. Crypto ATMs could also help. Or if she's comfortable with meet-ups, it might also help.

do you know of any way that he can receive a credit card to sell her crypto? or receive money?
She can try ordering online one of the cards that are specialized for accepting and converting cryptocurrency, there is Big List of Debit Cards you can check in forum, but I am not sure if all of the work in Colombia.
I would suggest that she tries switching from Stripe to p2p trading and using websites like Localcryptos for directly trading crypto with fiat currencies.
I see there are available offers from Colombia you can check out, and she can choose best payment option for her, accept payment in her bank account, in person, or make her own offer.

Yes Binance p2p is very easily way to sell crypto with local fiat money. But unfortunately Colombian (Peso) not yet listed on binance p2p trading.
Are you sure when I commented that Ive checked first fi columbia peso is there and fortunately its there. Try to check it yourself. Change the fiat you are using on that tab and go to p2p, there are plenty of users who buy and sell using cop with such connection on remittance and banks. You should ask her to use that for withdrawals.

Just open account with other banks either online or offline like xoom, corpbanca, bancoAVvillas or other then when you want to buy coins you will pay other people in fiat and they will send coin to your exchange address, do vice versa when you want to sell or buy, I recommend using binance exchange.

There is one member who sells anonymous cards on the forum (although the matter is morally questionable), but given a large amount of money, I would not dare to recommend anything specific that could lead to a loss of funds. I know it's not the best way (because of the fees), but as far as I can see there are 38 crypto ATMs in Colombia.
There is a huge amount of dollars here. That's why it shouldn't buy credit cards from anyone. maybe crypto ATM can help him to convart her crypto with Colombian (peso) But here he has to pay higher gas fees and spend a long time  because of much translation. coz ATM can pass maximum 40 notes in once.
Yet I will share this idea with him
Hmm, this in turns might not be supported by the government of your country and it may also depend on your network policies too. They're very many platform that you can use to get the transactions certain but it might take a little bit more turgid process that might even demand for different otp's

Selling half a million dollars worth of crypto anywhere in the world would be a challenge, especially if that amount is paid into a bank account that had no activity before. Some banks will automatically freeze such an account, and report it to the competent authorities, which will initiate an investigation and ask the owner to prove the origin of the money. Therefore, if the owner has no evidence of where his crypto came from, banks should be avoided at all costs.

One of my friend have had problems with money accounts. he is from Colombia. her IBAN EUROS account has been closed by account authority.  and also closed her STRIPE credit card account. Unbelievable how difficult this process has been... they have us at war with the crypto world..he have to sell about 500k usd worth of crypto.  do you know of any way that he can receive a credit card to sell her crypto? or receive money?
Ive see the cop currency on binance p2p. Probably she can use some recommended p2p accounts there instead or cards that arent stricted by the authority. 500k could be process there slowly if there are lots of buyers. Im sure there are cards that can be created that arent strict just let her check it out on binance.
Yes Binance p2p is very easily way to sell crypto with local fiat money. But unfortunately Colombian (Peso) not yet listed on binance p2p trading. Looks like you didn't see it. that's why he can't use binance p2p. So he is now in danger.

Did she look into Gemini[1]? She should be able to use her local bank account.

For a credit card provider, I would go with Transferwise. She should be able to create an account and verify her identity but in order to get the card, she would need someone from the following countries[2] (maybe she could use a friend)?

There must be other commercial banks available in that country I believe, maybe even online banking? She must buy and sell crypto using P2P only either on binance or other, P2P crypto transaction is way safer and it's what I use in my country since there is war against crypto here.

It all depends on strategy of crpyto economy in your country; to the best of my knowledge, it's know that Columbians are having issues on utilitising it and seems they wanna impound the entire conception of introducing crypto marketing to them.
Binance could help solve the issue if you try tactically; von could help because there are no restrictions to marketing in other zones

About receiving a credit card to sell crypto, someone in the country would be more suited to give an answer to that question, as you will need knowledge about how the banking system works.

I looked up the legality of bitcoin in Columbia and there seems to be no impediment to selling or buying bitcoin there, so your friend could use one of the popular exchanges which has added Colombian Pesos to their list of accepted currencies.
There is also the option of a P2P exchange, but for that amount, it could take a while.
