I need your help I have lost my words seed can make new seeds with my card because my btc is inside

You need to tell us which wallet you're using. Again:

Now, depending on the wallet, you may be able to see the seed if you still can open the wallet. What wallet you use?

Without knowing which wallet you need help with, there is no way we can provide instructions on how to get your seed.

What "card" are you talking about? Huh

Maybe he means he has one of those sheets of paper which have marks for you to write your words in and he wants to alter those words to make a need seed phrase for his BTC, but without further information from him, this is only speculation.

I need your help I have lost my words seed
If you have lost your 12/24 seed mnemonic words, and you no longer have access to the wallet that was generated from those words, then your coins are effectively lost forever Undecided

Once you have lost the seed phrase, it means you have lost access and the ability to spend your Bitcoins in the associated address(es). There is no shortcut or way around except for you to look for and recover your seed phrase from wherever you think you kept it. This is why it's very important to back up your seed phrase before you even think of sending bitcoins to your newly created wallet.

BTC is not "inside" the wallet. BTC is "on the network".
The wallet has only the private keys you need in order to spend those coins.
The modern wallets (re)create the private keys based on the seed.
So... if you've lost the seed, you will not be able to spend those coins. Ever.

If you make a new wallet, with a new seed, that will be a new wallet. Of course, you will still not be able to spend from the other old wallet.

I hope this answer your questions.

Now, depending on the wallet, you may be able to see the seed if you still can open the wallet. What wallet you use? How you know you have the coins, are you looking in a wallet or a blockchain explorer?
Did you write down the seed onto a paper? Maybe you can search more for it?

in the wallet itself.  in the application for android.

In wallet itself. In the application for android?
You need to let people know the name of the application. There are different btc wallet applications and there are  a lot of scam applications out there.
So, the best way is for you to say the name of the android application and also give out the download link. This will bring more light to your issue.

Since you didn't specify which wallet you are using, we can't give you concrete information.

But "used" usually just means that you already received BTC to this address. This does not invalidate the address.
You can always receive BTC to the same address.

Whenever possible, use a new address for each transaction. But there is nothing wrong with using the same address multiple times (except for less privacy).

You can receive Bitcoin on any address that is part of your wallet and that was derived from your seed. You can use an address once or 100 times. I highly suggest you read this Bitcoin Wiki article about address reuse to get a complete overview of why you shouldn't do it.
https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Address_reuse

bitmover already explained it to you nicely but https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Address_reuse offers a deeper insight.

on some BTC wallets.  it’s written (used), can this mean that I can no longer accept BTC on this wallet?  or is everything ok and can I get the BTC at the (used) address?

You should specify which software you are talking about so we could help you better.

"Used" probably means exactly that, used. You already sent funds to/from that address, so that address is already attached to you. It is a good practice and recommended by all wallets that you generate a new address to receive coins, for privacy reasons.

or is everything ok and can I get the BTC at the (used) address?

It is ok that you re used those address, although not recommended if you care about your privacy.

Let's suppose you use the same address always. Whoever receives money from you will be able to see your balance.

You can still use that wallet normally, just generate a new address.

Can you tell us what app you're on and what you're doing?

It's either hosting an ln channel or hosting the wallet file imo but I don't know what you mean (if it us those then yes you can still use them)...
