it deletes wallet.dat and makes of it wallet.bak, and creates new wallet.dat. whats the reason? i have new nodes inserted ,maybe that? but blockchain is synced, and i dont know the old nodes anymore?

Meanwhile you could also start the same thread in the Bitcoin section and substitute Bitcoin client for Litecoin client in your question as it is very likely that the issue you are having could just as easily (and possibly more likely) be answered there.

Don't do that.  This might be an issue with Litecoin core software itself.  Also, it's best not to mislead others; that will get you painted red.

The odd thing is it should only delete wallet.dat if it doesn't see a file called wallet.dat where it expects to. It should attempt and complain about a wallet.dat that it cannot read or understand it's structure. You could check read/write/modify in file properties. I take it as read that you already checked the log file (in the same directory or through the LTC gui in 'console'. This should tell you step by step what the node does when you drop your .dat file in the directory and fire up the LTC node.
Maybe you should try an older build - see if that can read your wallet. Even if it can't sync and shows an empty balance it will still incrementally update the wallet.dat file itself whils leaving your private keys intact.

it doesnt load the old wallet.dat, ,then deletes and creates new one

a virus perhaps? the last thing you can do is deleting everything in the roaming and restart again synching with your original wallet

That is indeed strange how about deleting the new wallet.dat in your coin directory folder then after you've done paste your old wallet.dat then restart your wallet and see if all your coins show up,but be sure to let it sync first, the coin will not show in the first few blocks.

i copy wallet.dat into roaming folder ,but at start when i start litecoin client it overwrites my wallet.dat with a new wallet.dat
Hmmm have you tried starting the wallet first >  replace the wallet.dat with your backup file > close the wallet and open it again? Without deleting any files in the roaming folder. As far as I know it will just overwrite when you delete all the files then open the wallet again.

Strange one. Is the old wallet.dat from a node of the same version? Is it from a different OS - windows hides extensions sometimes - have you double checked the wallet.dat file properties? Finally - are you sure it's a Litecoin wallet.dat - most Bitcoin fork/clones use the same filename and default directory structure.

Massive price drop coming...
You've done a couple of things wrong in posting here:

1) This is the Bitcoin area - you should move this to the altcoin section (see move bottom left of screen)
2) The board rules stipulate that you shouldn't bump your thread more than once every 24 hours.

That being said, try this:

Shut down the Litecoin QT Wallet.
Paste your backed-up wallet.dat into your Litecoin data directory.
Restart Litecoin QT wallet

tnx and sry, but i paste backep up litecoin wallet.dat in the directory, but when i start client, it creates new wallet.dat, and overwerites old,so i get new adress with zero balance?
Do you find import option  in the top of you wallet in the file tab.. and use the import option find your wallet.dat the old one..
So that you will get the backup litecoin wallet account..
