whats that? why is 352 in one side and 383 in the other, evry setttings change i do seems to high one and lower the other
Probably because it is being throttled so it doesn't get damaged from the heat. Heat will cause a GPU to slow down so it can cool down a little.

and do you know any way i can save clock, speed and voltage settings for 2 diferent gpus in cfgminer?

and how to change worksize in cfgminer? for only 1gpu at a time?

The second one is hashing faster which is better but your first card is overheating just about 92c is too HOT honestly. It is probably throttling, aggression  raises the amount of work given to the GPU at a time in basic terms.
