I don't know where you're getting your info from but its dead wrong. 5x1070 will make ~$300 max in one month starting from now, ~$200 in the next month probably and will level out to $75/month by the end of the year. If you buy them at $700, they will probably break before making ROI which would take years.

No point in preordering, right now the demand is so high that you might be waiting for months until they get some stock and judging by the direction things are going right now, GPU mining will be pretty much done by then. I suggest you look up your local equivalent of craigslist, every country has one, I see 1070's going for €400 on mine almost every day. Even better, I picked up a 980Ti for €250 just a few months ago for mining, they are probably higher now but worth a look.
As for the cards, I have a 1070 jetstream, excellent card for gaming, massive cooler and very quiet at all times. Is it worth €100 extra though? No way, when I bought mine, it was right around the release when it was one of the cheapest cards available. The other one will probably be just a bit noisier but given how silent the jetstream is, I doubt that's an issue.

yeah super jeststream is better and you can get for cheaper, i have also a pair of 1080ti super jetstream and they work very good, you can OC high the mem with this card even on micron mem

you could flip a coin on waiting a month to buy.
