it is just only 9 hours sometimes it takes days to arrive especially when you TRX fee is very small. But I hope you'll never wait that long, you'll get it for sure.
The First transaction already got confirmed 16 hours Ago. The second has not yet been confirmed thou because of a much lower fee. Mempool size is about 81 MB right now. OP might have to wait until towards this weekend as his transaction is not even RBF enabled.

And, If anyone can help me and tell me if and when this transaction is confirmed, it's from that transaction.

Nothing to sure when it becomes completely confirm in the blockchain as it takes time depending on the network traffic but believe me, it will still arrive at its destination's address.

I suggest you not worried so much, things like this will be happening sometimes, in fact, all of us had an experience like this. And as many people says, "patient is the only way" it is just only 9 hours sometimes it takes days to arrive especially when you TRX fee is very small. But I hope you'll never wait that long, you'll get it for sure.

I see your tx has confirmed now.

So, now you have nothing to worried. Usually when you use less fees and the mempool has high amount of unconfirmed Tx then it takes time to get confirmed. From my experience I can assure you that any Tx eventually gets confirmed.
You have saved a dude, people gets frighten when such happened, but in as much as there's no wrong in pasting receiver's address, the transaction would surely get confirmed. The higher the fee the the faster the transaction, or mempool time of confirming many transactions. Patient is key.

Also, I read somewhere that after 72 hours of not being confirmed the funds go back to the sender. Is that true? Huh

Even if the tx get dropped, you still can recover the fund since you must have some sort of receipt, don't you?

i'd not count on it. while some services give you a good customer support, some are a pain in the ass. you'd probably need to wait weeks for them to solve your problems.

Since it's a service, I think there's no problem unless the tx get dropped which is unlikely because I think the fee will be normal within 2/3 days. Even if the tx get dropped, you still can recover the fund since you must have some sort of receipt, don't you?
If the amount was higher, I would suggest you to do another tx with the unconfirmed BTC with higher fee which usually we call Child Pays For Parent or CPFP method. But your amount is too low and paying such high is meaningless to be honest. Wait for couple of days and I'm sure tx will be confirmed.

Wasn't that increased in 2017 to 2 weeks (from 72h) to help people avoid losing funds?
Or am I mixing up something?
Can anybody confirm?
As far as I know, there is no general rule and it depends on nodes. But you are right. The 14-day rule is common among nodes.

Read the following article on Bitcoin Wiki.
Transaction expiration

This myth may have been started by Bitcoin Core's default behavior of removing transactions from its memory pool after 72 hours (later changed to 2 weeks).

Yes, but the bitcoin is not going back to the sender because it's not being confirmed, and the BTC has never been on the receiver.

It means if your transaction is rejected from the mempool and never receives any confirmation, the BTC will stay at the sender's wallet.

Sometimes it takes too long before the transactions got rejected so you can't predict how long the transaction will reject or confirm.

Much better use blockchair if you want a notify about your transaction if the transaction is confirmed.

Thank you for helping me. I didn't understand what happens, I read somewhere that the transaction gets reversed. Thank you for again.
If a transaction isn't confirmed within (about) two weeks, it will drop from mempool. But this won't happen to your transaction.
In the worst case, the transaction will be confirmed at the weekend.

Transaction is not yet confirmed.
I suggest you to check bitcoin mempool before sending Bitcoin, or you can adjust fees manually.
I now tried to accelerate this transaction for you to speed it up.

It will only get confirmed after the Parent transaction (first transaction from the address) gets confirmed. If you don't need the Bitcoins urgently then you can wait.
Always try to use tools like https://mempool.space before sending out a transaction so that you can be able to know the optimal fee. Right now it's Roughly 79+ sats/byte.

Your First transaction is 6 sats per byte, The second one is 4 sats per byte. The transactions can be confirmed but you may have to wait for hours or even days depending on how busy the next work is, but I am sure all the transactions will be confirmed within this week.

If you've got your receipt and you need it fast, you could probably phone them up and ask them to increase your fee.

But 6 sats per byte should confirm within a week at most.

Edit: looks like it's 15 mb from the tip so I think I has a good chance of being confirmed within 48 hours.

Fees are really high at the moment. To get the next block you need 80+ sat/B fees where you have only 6 sat/B. This may take longer to get confirmed but there are nothing to be worried.
