Seems like the user has rebroadcasted the transaction with a larger fee and has already 3 confirmations:

if in the country to ban bitcoin. then keep investing in bitcoin but do not be in use to melagukan transactions such as buying goods and so forth in the real world .then exchange the results of your investment overseas especially in countries that have joined and received bitcoin .
There is no such a thing in this post on to ban bitcoin. OP is trying to get confirmations stuck with his transaction so that is the reason why he's here.

Your fee is too low.

Free bitcoin transaction accelerator -

https://pool.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/

They only allow a certain amount per hour so you may have to keep trying.

The fee is too low for ViaBTC tx accelerator. I know for sure since I tried to accelerate this and got a "fee too low" message.
Also on the website, under "How does Transaction Accelerator work?" they tell that they accelerate for free only transactions with at least 10 sat/byte. (0.0001BTC/KB).

So the realistic options are (in no particular order) : wait more, use RBF or CPFP, use paid accelerator (ViaBTC, paid service?)

Seems like there are quite a few transactions in the mempool (14k) and this with the blocks full.
You tx has quite a low fee compared to the others (Fee per weight unit   0.25 sat/WU) and it might take you a while to get it confirmed.

The tx will probably get confirmed as this wave clears...

If you have checked the replaceable fee checkbox before sending the tx you can try a replaceable fee.
From the electrum site:

Quote
Increase the transaction fee. This is only possible for “replaceable” transactions. To create this type of transaction, you must have checked “Replaceable” on the send tab before sending the transaction. If you’re not seeing the “Replaceable” option on the send tab go to Tools menu > Preferences > Fees tab and set “Propose Replace-By-Fee” to “Always”. Transactions that are replaceable have the word “Replaceable” in the date column on the history tab. To increase the fee of a replaceable transaction right click on its entry on the history tab and choose “Increase Fee”. Set an appropriate fee and click on “OK”. A window will popup with the unsigned transaction. Click on “Sign” and then “Broadcast”

Depending on how urgent this you can also try the CPFP transaction, the explanation is in the same link.

But I would suggest waiting for another 24hours, especially for 60$.

Post the tx and tell us some info, are you the sender or the receiver, are you getting coins from an exchange or something like that?

We don't have a crystal ball to know what's happening with every transaction in the mempool!!!!
