I think OP is offering a KYC verification service to other users but still not safe in my opinion. Could have been stolen Ids or using a single ID to verify multiple accounts. Beware of scams. Never provide your private keys/phrases to anyone.
I wouldn't advice people to use this. Imagine getting your funds locked up for breach of Binance terms and conditions
Most probably because it's easy to get verified with Binance, just a simple submission of ID and then you are verified.
So if one has to submit a fake ID, there's a chance it will be verified but your future with Binance does not look safe, especially when more serious problem came up that already involve legal matters. When you deal with your money it should be your identity to avoid problems.
