If you have a restricted budget it may easier for you to try cloud mining, doesnt require you to have any hardware. Just click in my signature Smiley

If you can't afford it, don't do it.  You may well never make your money back.
This. Please don't invest any money that you don't mind ever seeing again.

That said, try and pick up a few used 7950. You might be able to find some deals, and still be within your $350 budget for GPUs.

Yea, but that's the thing. I need a new computer and even if this doesnt make my money back I still have a built computer that I can upgrade when I want. And at current rates (I will be building in <1 week) I will be earning around $18 a day. This means if I leave it for 3  weeks or so it will be enough to buy a new cpu and ram. and then upgrade more as I go etc. so all in all it will cost me like $450 or so and hopefully I will be able to upgrade it to a point it will be usable xD

I would go with intel motherboard and cou, better power consumtion.
I would imagine that the initial hardware cost is a bigger factor than the pennies you'd save by having a PC that idles at 60W instead of 80W.
