There are many open source php community systems you could tweak to your liking, there is buttercoin git, but mostly if not all the sites use a custom built script/environment that everything is ran off of. Creating a website like cryptsy would require a knowledgeable team of programmers and a lot of hard work + time. With that being said it can be done just find the right team.
nice info ill get the buttercoin  code and try working with it

As a developer I can assure you the sites you list are all custom apps, they may be built on some common frameworks, like twitter Bootstrap, but the code running the Bitcoin back-end is generally built in house.

So I have some ideas I would like to implement for bitcoin, the thing is I am new as a tech entrepreneur. I was wondering where I could get a system to manage accounts the same way Havenlock, Btc-e, cryptsy, etc have (that also has BTC integration if possible but if not than a token system and I guess i will hire a developer to automate the bitcoins part). I do not want to have to code it from scratch and I am sure there is somewhere they bought their systems from...if anyone could point me in the right direction it would be appreciated. Any tips or advice would also be appreciated..
