it would be wise if you could share your transaction ID here so that the people responsible will be giving you are reply regarding the funds.If not no one could provide any advise regarding this without further details.

probably some issue with payment id, send txid to poloniex..

There found some eror on poloniex and Moreno. Not realy for you've ticket to moreno, like another transaction going good without issue. Just ask and send ticket to support poloniex for where there mistake.

In monero support dont have ticket-system, in support indicated only e-mail and as I understand it nobody reads Smiley

Today opened a ticket on poloniex Smiley

Hi guys!
I`m have a next trouble - few days ago I`m send XMR from mymonero wallet to poloniex. On MyMonero transaction has been confirmed, but on poloniex dont see money Smiley
On mymonero service dont answer 5 days, I write message on support e-mail.

Who know how I can retrive my money and how I can speak with support? Smiley

The solution will come up from Monero support and Poloniex exchange itself since obviously they are the one who can look up with your transactions. They are only the one who can gives you a clearer answer.

Try flooding the trollbox at Poloniex? If not then you should lol.
Best advice for me  Grin He's right you could do nothing for now since you are depending on their replies and feedbacks regarding on your problem and as he mentioned you should really do make the steps so that your problem would be resolved. Flooding on troll boxes is somehow a good idea for me. If it doesnt work then email both parties every now and then until they answer.

What kind of FUD is this? Most often things like that are not the mistake of a service or coin, but from the user that cannot read properly!!

I made a few transactions from several wallets, but with a purse transaction has not been displayed.
