Hi,
I want to start selling BTC with bitbargain.co.uk but one of the things you have to do is register yourself with OTC Web of trust. The whole process of trying to get a wallet address registered with OTC is completely blowing my mind! I don't know how to use IRC or even understand the process of registering properly.
