As mentioned by others, please check if the address is right or nah

Because if it's correct, then your transaction was likely flagged by their system hence, "rejected". No worries though since they typically just send it back to an address of your choice or to the address where the money came from.

You'll find similar stories in r/CashApp, for instance:

I had a deposit from my bookie.ag of BTC go to my cash app account like I've done several times and this time cash app received it then rejected it, telling me I would have to do a reversal back to my wallet.

Try checking your email or getting in touch with the support again.

Are you talking about this app? https://twitter.com/CashApp/status/1748404992736641145
I didn't find any information that they were closing the service, at least until the 20th yesterday they were still offering exclusive benefits. Are you really using the legit one?

I think there should be some proof to show that you did that then people over here can track your wallet to know the movement of your coin, although Charles-Tim already answered your question correct because if you said coinbase confirmed your transactions it's left between Cash app to confirm it from their ends except the address used was originated from the cash app as you said then we can assumed that you have lost your coin since nobody has access to that wallet where you send your coin but if that address still existing from your app then it's advisable to contact the cash app technical team to look into your case.

I need help I used coinbase to send bitcoin to cash app but I sent to the wrong bitcoin address because that cash app is closed there was a pending bitcoin deposit in the activity list as soon as I realized what I did I contacted support which wasn't helpful at all. It was "rejected " by cash app but it's confirmed on coinbase end did I just lose my money ??

Cash app can't just reject a crypto transfer, unlike a bank one they can't send it back randomly. Contact them and let them know what happened, they will help you, Coinbase can't do anything right now.

If you send the coin to the wrong address, sorry your coin is lost already and not recoverable. If the address on blockchain explorer is not yours when traced through txid, then the coin is gone.

CashApp is custodial wallet, make sure the address is truly wrong because you might send the coin to the right address but CashApp do not credit your account. If that is it, you have to notify CashApp customer care that they did not credit your account after sending to the right address.
