In that situation hold the private keys from the receiving address there is nothing you can do but use free accelerators

Hello,

On January 3rd I sent BTC from CEX.IO exchange to another exchange, however it has remained unconfirmed. At first I thought the network was busy and it just would take a while.  After two days I looked at the transaction on Blockchain.info and see that it seems to have been batched with other transactions creating a low satoshi per byte fee. I have contacted CEX.IO, but no response. I have tried to use via btc free accelerator on the top of the hour multiple times but to no avail. I also looked at there paid service, but they asked for 2.4 BCH, which is more value than my BTC transfer. If anybody could help or has other suggestions that would be greatly appreciated.

Hi.
Please help me any one same problem.
I stuck with CEX IO from 3rd January.

I also cant send my coins to bittrex account, but reason is that eth address of the exchange is not generating.

The Twitter adress is @SupportWallet
Can you please check it? And, is it possible to finish such a complicated transaction with a price of 72 usd?

Sorry to tell you but this looks like a scam. The Twitter handle for blockchain.info is on their website, and it is not @SupportWallet. Next time, cross-check. Legitimate handles also usually have a verified tick next to them. Like I said, they don't offer an acceleration service, you they were trying to scam you. Which reputable service would let you talk to them through Twitter DM and ask for a direct payment anyway?

If you're really willing to pay, go for ViaBTC's paid tx service (check their FAQ).

Thanks buwaytress. The txid is:

6acdc46c682eefc7cec62417b87604ae2928d4dcebb0b995ebe9018142bafee

The transaction ID isn't valid, why not just post the receiving address? Anyway, as you can see from responses, you're not the only one facing problems with CEX. Tells you a lot about the service, skimping on fees at a time like this. They should just process larger batches and pay appropriate fees. Maybe you guys can all lobby together for this.

İ had communication with blockchain via twitter dm. They accelerated my transaction from cexio 3 times. But didnt work. Finally they told me if i pay 72 usd, my transaction would be ok. İ am not sure about paying that price. Do you have any idea if it works if i pay them 72 usd?

Are you sure you are talking to the legitimate blockchain account? Far as I know, they don't offer any acceleration services, paid or otherwise. Other than ViaBTC and push, I wouldn't trust any other paid service, the forum's littered with scam attempts and fake acceleration services.

Sounds like you're the victim of a scam attempt, don't pay them. It won't work. Share the account ID, I'm almost certain they're not blockchain and should be reported for abuse.

Guys it's a shitty world we live in.  My transaction has been stuck since December 31th (New Years eve).  Same situation, CEX.IO stuffed my tx with 16 others and 137 inputs and 40,900 bites @ 22 sat/B.

CEX.IO still continue to screw its customers with no repercussions whatsoever...I've try different acceleration services and got scammed ~ $200 so far...

I've spoken with other victims in the same tx, and we all fear that when our tx get dropped from the Blockchain and returns to CEX.IO they may for sure steal our money...

The only two seemingly legitimate acceleration service are ViaBTC and Pushtx - they both charge rediculous amount of moneys and they both demand payment in Bcash...what does that tell you Huh

If any CEX.IO victims whose could figure out the way out, please share with othe victims please !  The way thing progress in the blockchain, it is almost impossible to get confirmed at our current state...

Hello ! same thing happened to me while using cex.io for Btc transaction on 2nd jan. My btc transaction is still unconfirmed since last seven days. Transaction id is 8afba96d37389a30e77335ed0b70e80722a40f3ede0f7282f0b918de12bdbbc5. main problem is they attach multiple tranfers with my tx id due to which fee is only 9.4 sat/WU. i am waiting for its confirmation for seven days and now i have become hopless because i dont think at this small fee any miner would be willing to pick it up. Can anyone suggest me solution for this problem.

Best thing you can do outside of attempting acceleration, is to simply wait, since this an exchange spend, they will of course want to ensure it confirms eventually. Even if you could or were willing to pay for this, the tx size will likely result in a very high fee for you.

Pretty much at the mercy of intermediaries when requesting withdrawals.

If you could share the txt id and other details, might be able to give you more information.
