please help me, i wrong to put a message to deposit detail to my account in bittrex.
how can i solved the problem?

Sheesh, a wrong destination tag is one of the most complicated things to resolve with an exchange.

I've seen a case before involving NXT, in the end the issue hwas only resloved because the founder of the exchange which he withdrew money from gave him support and all the evidence that he needed to verify the legitimacy of the transaction.

Firstly, don't expose the TXID to anyone, otherwise they can claim that the transaction belongs to them as well, and that will complicate matters.

Contact both exchanges, ask vip.bitcoin.co.id to sign a message from the sending address. And then with that proof, let bittrex know about the situation over a support ticket/slack channel. Social media probably won't work well in this case, though.

While the suggested way to communicate with the support team of Bittrex is through their site or email. I suggest that you also send a direct message through twitter. They are responsive in twitter specially if you post your concern and tag their usernames. Here is their twitter usernames in-case you need it

Did you deposited to a wrong address? or sent a cryptocurrency to an address of another cryptocurrency?

im have balance ignis in vip.bitcoin.co.id,then i'm withdraw ignis from vip.bitcoin.co.id to my bittrex account.
but,i'm wrong put the message/tag/memo in my withdraw ignis  to bittrex.
in rules bittrex "If the message is not included in your transfer, we cannot credit your account."
how i can solved the problem ?


Usually, exchanges will be able to help you as long as you can prove that the coins came from you and not anyone else.

The problem is that if they don't want to help you, which they should, they can simply tell you that they have clearly said if the memo is not attached then there is no way they can credit your account.

Also, you will need to contact the Indonesian exchange to provide proof from their side like a signed message. Otherwise, you have no chance.

Next time, transfer coins from exchange to wallet, before depositing into another exchange.

have a lot of patience, at the moment they take months to answer the support tickets and with so many accounts they have disabled this problem problem of not responding support tickets has increased a lot in the last months, but according to what I read a few days ago, they promise will hire more staff so that the total number of staff to answer the support tickets will be 80 staff... this number of staff is not very big, but that means that at least it will be possible to respond and solve your problem

PS: Do not create high expectations that they can solve your problem

Don't worry,if you contact bittrex they shall credit it to you,*hopefully*.
Similar thing happened to me when I used shapeshift where I didn't put the Destination Tag and they refunded my money back in 3 week's time.
