What a thoughtful cousin you are. Try to do this in real world, look for companies where your cousin wanted to work and you'll be the one to be interviewed. And if you are lucky, when the contract signing happens tell the employer that you are being interviewed in behalf of your cousin. This isn't the way to help others landing a job, you should let your cousin create an account here and post her/his skills.
