Thank you, the BIP39 was the issue - solved it. Someone else also pointed me to this fix (I feel a bit dumb not figuring it out by myself). Appreciate your help, will send some sats for gratitude if you'd like

Are you sure that the 24 word seed phrase has been generated by electrum? By default, electrum generates a seed phrase including 12 words.
I also doubt your seed phrase belongs to a 2FA wallet.

Anyway, click "Options" when importing the seed phrase into electrum, check "BIP39 seed" and see if it works.
In the "Script type and derivation path" window, select "legacy" if your addresses start with 1, select "p2sh-segwit" if they start with 3 and select "native segwit" if they start with bc1.

Have my 24 word seed phrase for an Electrum wallet that was on a device that's now lost. I had 2FA on that wallet and the Google Authenticator is NOT lost, I have that from another device.

I'm attempting to restore the wallet on Electrum, but when I insert the 24 word seed phrase the next button is greyed out and unavailable. I can see the coins still in my wallet through public address, no suspicious transactions.

I have read that I may be able to restore the 24-word seed wallet using an older version of Electrum (2015 post here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/24-word-seed-no-longer-works-in-electrum-20-990306), but that solution requires a level of coding proficiency I do not possess.

Please advice? I will NOT share my seed phrase w anyone, but will send a reward to anyone who can help me recover this wallet.
